Refund Eligibility
At Quantis-Touchz, we strive for the highest quality in our AI practices. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Content Mismatch: If the provided AI practices or available tools differ significantly from the program stated on the website at the time of payment.
- Technical Malfunctions: In case of critical issues on the Quantis-Touchz platform that make the materials unusable and were not resolved within 72 hours.
- European "Cooling-off Period": According to EU law, you have the right to cancel your service within 14 days of payment, provided you have not yet started downloading or actively using the digital content.
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Send an email to our official address: [email protected].
In the subject line, state: "Refund Request: [Your Name]".
In the body of the email, include the Transaction ID (if available), the date of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund.
Timelines and Refund Method
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned exclusively via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on the regulations of your bank in France or your country of residence.
Exceptions and Limitations
A refund cannot be issued if:
- The request is submitted after 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The user has accessed (downloaded or viewed) more than 50% of the AI practice materials.
- Access issues are caused by technical problems on the user's side (lack of internet, provider-level blocks).
Policy Changes
Quantis-Touchz reserves the right to update the Refund Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to the current version of the document.
