We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits resulting from the implementation of technological solutions proposed on the site.
5. Changes to the Terms

6. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes are subject to consideration in the courts of Paris, France, in accordance with applicable European law.
